Katelyn B

Katelyn is a classically trained vocalist and passionate music educator with a heart for helping students grow in skill and confidence. She began studying piano at the age of six, inspired by a family full of musicians and teachers. She went on to earn a full scholarship to the University of Tulsa's School of Music, where she received her Bachelor’s in Music Education.

Over the years, she has performed in prestigious venues such as Carnegie Hall and the United States Naval Academy, and has sung with acclaimed ensembles including the Richmond Symphony Chorus, Tulsa Chorale, and TU Cappella Chamber Singers. Most recently, she taught voice privately in New York City with Young Singers Academy, working with students from around the world and helping them gain acceptance into top music programs and performance opportunities.

Katelyn believes in creating a joyful, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where students of all backgrounds can thrive. Her teaching focuses on healthy vocal technique, musical expression, and building confidence—always tailored to each student’s unique goals and learning style.

Outside of teaching and singing, she enjoys traveling, reading, hiking, writing music, running, learning languages, and long walks with her puppy, Luna.
