Ryan S
Ryan is a passionate performer and educator based in Austin, TX, where he performs with rock and funk band Glass Bandit. His teaching focuses on inspiring a passion for music and developing the student’s ability to pursue their own creative paths on their instrument. Prior to living in Austin, Ryan maintained a busy teaching and performing schedule in the Kansas City area.
He has had the privilege of performing with GRAMMY nominated and award winning musicians such as Rufus Reid, Brian Lynch, and Bobby Watson. Ryan holds an M.A. in Music from the UMKC Conservatory and a B.B.A. from The University of Iowa.
