These group classes are run in a "Dojo" style.
Each class will have a milestone that must be reached in order to move up to the next level. The class will have associated strap colors for achievement:
Level 1 - Red Strap
Level 2 - Purple Strap
Level 3 - Brown Strap
Level 4 - Green Strap
Level 5 - Blue Strap
Level 6 - Black Strap
Level 7 - Rainbow Strap
